Analysis: As promised, every time an outlet publishes a “what are the Trump voters feeling right about now let’s go to a diner and find out” story, I’m placing it in the queue (should outlets ever do the same for Biden voters, I’ll be sure to include them too).

What Biden Did Today: announced changes to the PPP program to ensure small businesses with 20 or fewer employees get the help they need to keep their doors open and keep workers on payroll; expanded eligibility so that sole proprietors, independent contractors, and self-employed Americans, as well as immigrants who are lawful permanent residents can receive more support; ordered the Department of Defense to deliver water in bulk to multiple locations in Texas and delivered emergency generators and more than 120,000 blankets; marked the milestone of 500,000 American lives lost to COVID-19 and ordered flags to fly at half-mast this week in their memory
